Delivery & Courier Scam

Scammers impersonate couriers such as Royal Mail, DPD and Evri, claiming a parcel could not be delivered or that a customs fee is due. The goal is to get you to pay a fake fee, hand over your bank details, or install malicious software via a link in a text or call.
